I am thankful I don't suffer from dental phobia but many of my friends do. This starts at the beginning with what causes the fear, what effects it has, and provides solutions and tips to work through those fears. Good dental health is so important to our overall health, that it is crucial to not delay getting regular dental check ups because of this fear. Excellent information!

For anyone, any age who has a 'thing' about dentists, this book provides a step-by-step 'how to' guide to overcome your fear and seek the dental care you need. Appreciated the many ideas for getting over fear, especially the section for kids. Give it a read and help your teeth be healthy!
