Cutting edge dentistry, with love., July 05, 2016

This is a fascinating look at cutting edge dentistry that may completely eliminate the need for drilling, root canals, and other costly, dangerous, and painful procedures. The author recommends a gentle and non-invasive approach that maintains the integrity of the tooth. Although I have been thankfully cavity-free my entire life, I have so many friends who have had nearly all their teeth removed and suffered greatly from cracked bridges, caps that fall off, and the painful aftermath of dental surgery. The ideas in this book are worth exploring (and I found several reputable studies on some of these techniques, including use of ozone to remove biofilm). It could be difficult to find dentists in every area of the country who are this progressive, however.

Thank you for the “Good Dentist!” It has put me on a path to find a holistic dental provider (“a good dentist”) to remove my mercury amalgam fillings. Everybody should read this book.

SIMPLY AMAZING, May 10, 2016

I wholeheartedly endorse this book by Dr. Panahpour. He is my personal dentist for the past 3 years ....I was referred to him by my naturopath as I was experiencing the rather sudden onset of MS like symptoms. It began when I started falling off my bike, then I could no longer walk in a straight line....brain fog, severe fatigue...this nightmare lasted for eight years! Not until I visited Dr. Panahpour did I begin my journey to regain my health...my life...my joie de vivre....as we discovered severe infections in my gums caused by wisdom teeth extractions some 40 years ago! I credit this "good dentist" with saving my life! I feel better now than I did in my twenties after undergoing four cavitation surgeries and continue to be under his care & guidance. READ THIS BOOK! It will revolutionize the way you think about your health and the health of your loved ones and children. If I knew then....what I know now....do not allow yourself to be hoodwinked by the American Dental Association or the medical establishment. Dr. Panahpour clearly & succinctly educates you so you can truly recognize a "Good Dentist".

Must read before your next visit to the dentist, April 28, 2016

Both as a naturopath and as a dentistry customer myself, if there is one aspect of health care that has been an enormous source of frustration, it is dentistry. The fact that dentists and medical doctors do not work hand in hand is an aberration. Is your mouth part of your body or not? Dentists in the U.S. continue to put mercury - a substance that must be treated as highly toxic bio-hazard by law when outside of the mouth - in the mouths of their clients, including children and pregnant women. And as for dental materials used within the mouth, most of them are toxic, especially the ones reimbursed by insurance companies as they pick the cheapest ones.
All these subjects and much more are treated in depth in the book of Dr Panahpour, a dentist who had to fight his way among obscurantism and slander to be able to help his patients recovering their overall health through whole body dentistry and non-toxic materials. The book goes on to explain about safe mercury removal and detox protocols, new dental materials, root canals, relationship between the guts and the mouth health.
We are at the dawn of a new kind of dentistry, that encompasses our whole body and the effects that our mouth is having on the rest of our body and vice-versa. As an example, many people ignore that they have a chronic infection within their jawbone as it does not show on X-rays. This kind of latent infection - often due to a root-canal and missed by most dentists - can go unnoticed for years, impacting the immune system, and is often correlated to chronic fatigue, chronic inflammation and its cohort of health problems such as heart disease, autoimmune issues or joint pain.
Anybody suffering from these chronic health issues, or simply needing to schedule another round of dental work should first read this book. And make sure your dentist read it too before receiving any new dental work in your mouth!
