Purchased for assistance with oral lichen planus. As others have reported, it does burn along the mucosa. The reason I stopped using it, though, is that it made my tongue look really weird... lengths of white striations that didn't look good to me. I'm going to ask my ENT what he thinks.

If you have a mouth sore, cut, burn, or ulcer, Genigel will help heal it faster than anything we have in the US. I think you can get something comparable with a prescription but it's a shame we don't have this product over the counter. In my experience there's noticeable improvement day one . By the end of the second day, substantial decrease in pain, almost healed. Third day, completely healed.
