I thought this chewing gum would be better for you since it's natural and has high quality ingredients. It still contains sugar alcohols and sugar alternatives which can cause problems in some individuals like me. I will just stick to not chewing gum at all since this seemed to be the best product out there for you yet still caused me problems. The taste is fine, but I would suggest avoiding ALL sugar alcohols and sugar alternatives and substitutes as they can damage your body and cause problems.

I did not like it. It did not last long and became too gummy after chewing! I would not recommend it.
