Decent. They do cause some saliva generation, but mostly if I continually roll it around on my tongue. When I do that, I forget to just suck it and start chewing, and that's not enough time. But if I tuck it into my cheek at night, most of it is still there when I wake up. They're small enough I have no choking concerns.
I ordered a selection of anti-dry mouth items. I prefer the Xylimelts which can be stuck in the cheek but still dissolve easily. They're more of a Tums texture whereas these are more of a hard mint. Decent light citric flavor. If you're better at not-chewing things than I am, you might like them more.
