Tastes terrible, unless you love licorice, and caused periobital dermatis. Did not solve my allergy problem.

Good, non-fluoride toothpaste

I'm at a genetic disadvantage when it comes to my teeth and before using this toothpaste no matter what care I took a visit to the dentist would usually discover at least some minor issues (cavities). After using the Weleda Calendula toothpaste I no longer have those issues. I started using it because I was looking to reduce my fluoride exposure and tried some of the other Weleda toothpastes (sea salt, tree oil) but this one is the best. I'm not a fan of licorice, but the flavor is not bad. I alternate daily between this and a traditional fluoride toothpaste (Colgate) and have seen a reduction in dental caries.
