I noticed a mild burning feeling in my mouth when using big-brand toothpastes and wondered if it might be all the icky chemically stuff they add to them. I tried this product, along with one made from clay, and am very pleased. This does a good job cleaning my teeth and freshening my breath without any burning or tingling in my mouth & tongue
