not exactly knockout cleansing, but it definitely gets the job done

This toothpaste offers a change from the all too common flavors you're used to. It smells delicious, maybe a bit candyish (in a vanilla sense), but it combines two smooth tastes that make for a cooling and soothing brushing experience. It won't overwhelm your mouth like some mint toothpastes tend to do, nor will it underwhelm your mouth like many herbal and health-conscious pastes often do. But, when you've finished brushing your teeth, this vanilla mint won't leave your mouth with a powerfully cleansing and tingling sensation, but rather with more of a gentle freshness.
Aside from not providing that knockout cleansing sensation, my only other small con is that the paste/formula is sometimes a bit clumpy. Once you've applied a small amount of paste to your teeth and have brushed and sozzled it around in your mouth, you may think that you've made good use of it only to find a little glob or two there stuck to the sink after you've spat out the suds.

On tube six and still love'in it..

This is my favorite natural tooth paste. I buy it in bulk every time it goes on sale. For some reason I don't get sick of it like I do with other tooth pastes. With other tooth pastes I find that after the second tube my teeth don't feel super clean anymore and there not as shiny and white as I remember. Not with this tooth paste. On tube six and still love in it!

The best for the price

This is a great product, especially for the price. Its all natural ingredients and it seems to do more with a smaller amount of toothpaste. The flavor is a mix of a hint of mint and a hint of vanilla, so its the kind of toothpaste that you can use without feeling you just had ten pieces of gum. The other reviewer that said that this was too minty has to be the most sensitive guy on the planet, most probably (s)he still cries every time he watches titanic.

Very mild tasting, perfect if you plan to drink coffee soon after. Toothpaste properties still very effective, I use it on a sonic brush.

The taste takes some getting used to, but this is a great alternative for me since I can't stand the taste of regular tooth paste.

More mint than vanilla
|

By Marisa Myhre on September 17, 2013

Nothing against the company, this is strictly a personal thing. I don't like mint, which makes it VERY hard to find toothpaste I like. For years I got the Crest Vanilla Mint that was much more vanilla than mint, until it was discontinued. So I was very excited when I saw this. Unfortunately it's very minty and not very vanilla. Sorry, not my cup of tea.
