I have tried many natural toothpastes and I have to say that this one is "okay." The ingredients are good quality, except for the glycerin, which was not listed as one of the ingredients on the Amazon page, but was listed on the ingredients in the package. I decided to keep it anyways and try it out. The consistency is nice and comparable to other non-foaming toothpastes, but I really didn't care for the flavor. It's not strong. It's just not very pleasant to me. I haven't noticed any difference in the sensitivity or whiteness of my teeth.

Some how it is not cleaning teeth well....my breath is still smelling bad after 10 minutes of brushing
