Nearing the end of the container and the shards are sticking together. It does make my teeth feel cleaner, but it also leaves a burning sensation in my throat. Not sure of the health factors with this, but seems like it has worsened my acid reflux!

I really like this product. Leaves your mouth feeling fresh. However it's strong ans takes adjusting.

For brushing, mouth wash, less gum bleeding

I read a lot about using coconut oil for your gum and teeth. That's why I'm interested in an alternative, oral cleaning.
The very first time of using this, I accidently put 3 shreads/pieces, chewed, brushed, and burned and choked. I pretty much wanted throw up. Don't do what I did, haha. Lesson learned.
Gradually, you may want to prefer 1 piece, chew, and brush. It gets pretty foamed. That's one of the reason I purchased this product: once the foam works, I use it like a mouth wash.
Results (after stopped using the electric tooth brush):
1. Gums got better from bleeding.
2. Teeth looks whiter.
3. Better breath; especially lasted longer than mouth wash. I may say longer than rinsing with regular coconut oil.
4. Could last for a very long time when brush 2x per day. The strong mint maybe less strong than the beginning, but that's good for me because you could feel like having a burning mouth. ***May not be recommended for kids.
Bonus:
5. Accidently left the jar in my car after trying to find it for months during the hot summer (90-100 degree, California weather). I used the regular tooth paste for those missing months and my gum bled. The whole time the jar was hiding, it didn't melt at all! Very surprised of this. Love it.
I truly hate wasting money on all these oral products that didn't help much. I like to keep it simple and this is an all-in-one type of product for me.

I was very excited to receive this product and it has lived up to my expectations. In the beginning, you have to get used to the soapy taste, and actually the peppermint is very subtle (I don't taste peppermint very much at all). After brushing, I noticed that my teeth felt much cleaner and the "clean" sensation lasts a lot longer than with commercial toothpaste.
I would recommend this product to anyone interested in their oral health, or looking for an alternative to normal tubed toothpaste.
