I put a squirt in the water of my water pic after brushing and flossing. It's intense when used straight, great for an "I need to make sure my breaths good moment", but to use it daily it MUST be deluted, STRONG! Will shed a layer of skin off if used straight too long!!! Fantastic product, been using for 3 years, my gum doctor approves. Read the bottle, lasts a long time, worth the money, breaks down to the cost of a high end but doesn't work mouth wash.

This is the best stuff in the world if you have any kind of mouth problems! Sensitivity, Sores, Any type of abrasions. This will fix it!
