This works well for every day and for travel. I use pen needles and preferred a smaller sharps container.

By far my favorite travel-sized sharps container TO DATE!!!! I love love love these. Best for syringes but also for insulin pump needles - can even fit pen needles in as well :)

The current description is a bit unclear. There are 12 sharps containers in a retail package. There are 2 of these packages for a total of 24 sharps containers.
Each container is about 6" long, 1-1/4" x 1/2" wide. The lid is double sided. 1 side slides on, the other permanently locks the container. The instructions say 1 sharps per container. You could VERY easily put multiple in if you are only putting in the IV Catheter, and it would hold 2 or possibly 3 of an average sized needle w/ syringe.
Oh! One final note. The checkout page offers gift wrapping. In my opinion, these would NOT make a very good gift.
