Ordered a dozen received a dozen. I use pen needles and holds plenty of them good price also. Holds syringes too but don't know how many you can get in. Good purchase.

Safe Handling for Used Needles.

For those having to take daily injections, this is the best way to safely handle the used needles. When it's full, just snap the cap on it and dispose of it according to the regulations where you live. My doctor's office has a furnace where they send theirs, so I take mine there.
