As much as I would love to be able to brush after every meal and snack I confess I don't. But with Tooth Swish, I don't have to feel bad this anymore. I now swish with some tooth swish after every meal and snack and I am good to go, woohoo! Gosh, this review sounds like one of those cheesy infomercial testimonials but that not withstanding do look into trying this and the rest of the Tooth Soap line, high recommend the products if you want to transition over to more natural dental hygiene. :-)
