Great product to use, does work. Better insteuctions would have been amlot more helpful. Does cause some sensitivity but does stop after a break from using product.

I use these every 6 months to keep my teeth white. I love them. However, if you have sensitive teeth you should note they could make your teeth even more sensitive.
