Has tiny plastic (?) particles in it like sand. Horrible feeling in your mouth. I can't believe it is good for you.

 Dislike the specks in the toothpaste

It's not horrible but I don't like the gritty feeling of the paste. Sensodyne or the store brand version is so much better, in comparison. I dislike the little specks in the pro-health toothpaste. If I'm cleaning my teeth, why do I want these little things in my mouth?
