It's sweet and it tastes good. So good that instead of my son opening his mouth so I can brush his teeth, he closes his mouth and sucks the flavor out of the toothpaste that I put on the brush.

Love this product and my baby too , This toothpaste does not contain fluoride and is safe to swallow. I highly recommend this product
