This stuff is awesome! I didn't have any sensitivity. I use Sensodyne toothpaste everyday and when putting the jell into the trays I move it around with a Qtip so it was evenly placed and wiped the extra off so none would get on my gums. Made my teeth 3-4 shades whiter

I have been using this product for years and love it.
<Lots of ADVISE>
From using this kit for the past few years and introducing it to friends and family members here is my advice that I hope will be useful:
1. Of course you can shape the mouler (=the plastic tray that will go in your mouth and hold the bleaching reagent) right before starting the 2 hour bleaching BUT I would recommend you to do it a couple hours before the bleaching. Shaping the tray can be a bit frustrating especially when you do it the very first time and I think not having to deal with the shaping right before the 2 hour bleaching will help you to focus on the bleaching and improve your overall experience. BTW: Once you have a nice customized tray that you are happy with you can keep it for future bleachings.
2. Before starting the bleaching: Eat your dinner! You do not want to be hungry during the 2 hours of bleaching. It is also not advisable to eat after the bleaching because your gums will be likely sensitive.
3. During the bleaching: You might get this "great" idea that you should multitask during the bleaching...for example, you might think you should get vaccum cleaning and ironing done buuuuut do yourself a favor and do not do any of that. If you are moving around and trying to stay busy you will notice that you are producing more saliva and next thing you know the bleaching reagent is all over your mouth and starts irritating you gum and you are swallowing the reagent. This is not the time to be efficient. Instead: Watch a movie. Lay down, relax and focus on bleaching your teeth and the timer. This approach will massively improve your experience.
4. When putting the reagent into the tray I recommend using a qtip to place the reagent where you can see the tooth print on the tray. Of course you could just squeeze out the reagent and distribute the chemical evenly over the tray but think of what the purpose of this step is: Getting the reagent on your teeth....not your gum.
5. After the bleaching: Rinse out your mouth with warm water and go to bed. Let your mouth rest. I never see the result the same day but the next morning my teeth are white.
6. Do not buy a bunch of kits and store them for the future. Unlike common household items like paper towels this kit expires. Do not buy and store it for months as it can easily expire and it is slightly heat sensitive. Buy it whenever you are planning on using it within a reasonable time.
7. Amazon offers this product for a great price (cheaper than at drugstores). Consider anything under $20 per kit as a good deal.

Works pretty well, it's tricky to get the tray to mold to your mouth but definitely worth the money! The pictures show before, after each of the four treatments, and the next day! Happy with the results! Hope this helps.

Keeps my teeth white and polished, I only whiten my teeth every 12-18 months instead of every 6 months (coffee and tea drinker here). I use it with the Rembrandt Intense Whitening toothpaste, maybe its the combo, but it doesn't burn or leave an aftertaste, which I hate from other brands.

i buy into these kinds of promises that companies make about what their products will do for me with a grain of salt ... after a couple of weeks using this a few times a day (and it only takes the tiniest amount) those little white spots Ive had on my teeth since I got my braces off almost 20 years ago have almost completely disappeared! My teeth arent blinding me white (not yet anyway but it is ok if they arent) but I can tell are looking even nicer than usual. I couldnt be happier!

I was really hopeful that using this mouthwash would whiten my teeth I used it one evening before bed but the following day and the day after that I had a lot of gum sensitivity and itching It was extremely uncomfortable unlike anything I have ever experienced before I did notice right away that my teeth seem lighter but the side effects aren't worth it for me
