I am not a fan of these strips. They felt too harsh on my gums and even after using them for 2 weeks I didn't see any earth shattering results. What I did see was enamel being worn off and almost a see through effect on my front teeth. I've since started oil pulling with coconut and sesame oil instead and have whitened my teeth naturally that way. I highly recommend going route instead of at-home or in-office bleaching.
