This system is only covered for three months and that is just about the time it stopped working. They will send you a new mouth piece replacement for additional cost. This does not seem fair and I will not spend anymore money on a already costly device.

 better than the dentist's

I found this product to make my teeth whiter than the whitening system my dentist sold me for more than twice as much money. In addition, 5 minutes twice a day is much easier than the 30 minutes wearing the trays. I have used over the counter whiteners too, and I found this to be slightly better, and again much easier. They say to put an entire tube of gel on the top an don the bottom, but honestly - that is a lot of gel glooping everywhere. I changed to using one tube - well squeezed - for both top and bottom and I thought the results were the same.
With all of these whiteners, I find they only last so long if you drink coffee and eat blueberries (like I do!!) so I tend to use them every 3 month or so - sometimes more. Good luck and keep smiling!!

I would not return this product, because I did see some improvement, but the results could have been better. I am continuing to use it now and again and will follow up in three months as suggested. I have used over the counter tooth whiteners in the past that proved to be just as effective. I thought that this product would prove to be better than those, but it really isn't. Glad I didn't let the dentist give me a similar product, it would have cost 3 times as much, and given me the same results.
