I purchased this unit for a Christmas gift. After getting my unit years ago (2002) I was disappointed with the new and improved model. I guess it's supposed to be more environmentally friendly?

 okay products but not worth the price

The product is okay but they get you on the replacement parts . Also you can do the same with one of those Walmart $7 battery powered sets.

Had my first Cybersonic toothbrush for many years until the battery could not be charged anymore. Bought my second one a few months ago and it works just fine. Easy to use and holds it charge for at least 10 times of use. Gentle on gums and teeth.

It may be old school but it still performs better than most toothbrushes I've tried. Now I have so many "free" toothbrush heads that I'm glad I can still find this model.

I actually bought two of these original cybersonics years ago. I don't remember what year, but I know it was in the late 90's. I had a the same problem as one person above described. The power switch on one of them when bad and would not turn on and off. I called the company and sent it back and they fixed it (or replaced it). I have since lost the second one, but, the other one I still have and been using daily for over a decade. It finally started acting funny a few weeks ago and now it does not work. I really miss it. I have recently just contacted the Amden corporation to see if they would still be able to fix it, as the web site say it has lifetime warranty. [...] Even if they do not replace it, I can say that I have certainly gotten a lot of good years of use out of it. I would recommend the product to any one. It did a great job cleaning my teeth and when I need it it fixed, they did it quickly and with out much a du.

Cybersonic D104 is Terrific!

I had checked out prices on several power toothbrushes and was amazed to find the Cybersonic D104 at such a reasonable price. Delivery was FAST! It does a GREAT job cleaning my teeth and takes up very little space on my vanity. I love it and would definitely recommend it!
