This seems to be of a very good quality and a soother is securely attached to the toy. Many reviews say that toys are flimsy and not very "stuffy", I think they stuffed just enough. You don't really want a big and puffy, or heavy toy on top of your child. This one is made in such way so yo can place it flat and it will stay in place.
Having said that... My daughter is not very much into pacifiers right now and seems to be too wiggly for this one to stay in place. We will give it a try again and I will revise my review appropriately.

Absolutely love the penguin wubbanub! It is so cute and we get so many compliments on it. My son loves to hold
on to it and it's the prefect thickness for his little hands to grasp.
