I chose to give this product two stars because it did not help whiten my teeth and it was messy. I am upset because I spent a significant amount of money on it hoping that it would make my teeth white but it did not. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I already have the whitening light and was happy to find an ampoule refill kit. A good way to prolong the initial investment.
