I order this all the time. Have tried whiteners over the counter with no good results. This product does the job if used properly. I mean you must have custom mouth trays, which I made myself using hot water. Been using this product for several years. Be careful though you don't put too much into the trays as it will push out onto your gums and if you are sensitive like I am, it will burn badly.
