I'm not sure how I feel about these. I feel like they leave a spotty white on my teeth after use. I don't really like the feeling of the gel especially when it leaks out on my uppers and I have to spit it out. There's a lot of gel also left on my teeth after use to spit out too. I'm using it correctly as far as I know but not sure why the uneven whiteness. I've used about 4 so far so we will see.
