I have been using this 2x a day for the past year or so.
I do ise any other products to whiten my teeth. I have been told by multiple people they have noticed a clear difference after a couple months of usage!

It didn't really whiten. If you want white teeth, it's best to use a good quality whitening strip or tray. Toothpastes by themselves usually never do the trick. No different than other toothpastes at the store.
