Works pretty good, l would recommend it, my dentist gave me some teeth moldings (rubber impressions) and it works well with them.

This is the same stuff as purchased from my dentist with trays. I have very little tooth sensitivity with this, and it noticeably whitened my teeth after each use. I now only have to touch up roughly every 3-6 months!

Love that these are available at the fraction of the cost that my dentist sells them at. This gel keeps my teeth a nice white (I use it in the custom molds).
