Product Description:

Fake, diluted, or heat-damaged.

The product I received was either fake, diluted, or heat-damaged. After using 3-1/2 of the 8 syringes, my teeth were NOT whitened, and I would feel only the slightest sting or tingling on my gums. By comparison, PolaNight 22% samples from my dentist (packaged in individual sealed envelopes, unlike this product) made my teeth got noticeably whiter, AND my teeth would sting if I left the bleaching trays in my mouth beyond the prescribed 45 minutes. Not with this product. It's been a waste of about $30, plus a waste of my time to use. I love this stuff! I can definitely feel this whitening my teeth. I used to get this from my dentist but it would be $5 for each one. But here it's less than $30 for 8, so definitely a great deal. I haven't used anything less than the 22% which is also the strongest gel you can get (to my knowledge). I don't recommend using it for longer than an hour or two because your teeth get sensitive. Sometimes I just put it in at night which probably isn't a good idea then my teeth are just sensitive for two days and it goes away so to me I don't really mind it too much.
