Really irritates my gums but my dentist did say it will, so use just a little bit. Doesn't completely whiten but it definitely keeps it from getting more stained.

The push-type dispenser on the end of each syringe is terrible. Push on it and too with any sort of pressure and much too much of the product is dispensed. I will not purchase this product again.
