I have used this product and it does help, but it takes several applications. It does not say how often I can use it...........is everyday for 5 days too much? Dont know. But I was also told that if your teeth are 'yellow' it works better than if they are 'grey'.

This stuff is crap. Avoid it at all cost. Will do nothing but yellow your teeth (probably due to the uric acid in it) and you will have wasted both your money and your time.

I had my teeth whiten and this helps to keep them that way. Recommended it to friends and family. Easy to use.
