All Natural wiith Amazing Results
|

I got this for my niece who has super sensitive teeth and a dentist aversion. The results are amazing! Just one use and you could see an obvious difference. It smells so good and has a somewhat sweet but minimal taste. The clear gel goes on easy and feels cool on your teeth. As the gel works it's minute magic, you can see the gel developing. It gets thick and white as it works. Great alternative to chemical bleaching strips. It doesn't bother her sensitivity at all. All natural coconut oil to the rescue!! This picture is from the very first application.

Gotta love the bacteria & plaque fighting properties of coconut oil in an easy to use gel pen!

I like that this product is all natural and coconut oil has always been said to be very good for detoxifying your teeth, gums, and overall oral health, so decided to try Dr. Ginger's Natural Coconut Pulling Gel. I do not have sensitive teeth, I just like naturalness of it. I have been using twice a day and do notice a slight whitening effect. I drink red wine and coffee so I need all the help I can get, and it does seem to be working which is really cool. I hate those strips. They taste terrible and very uncomfortable wearing on your teeth. After brushing my teeth, I dry them with a paper towel and apply a coat of the gel and try to let dry as long as possible before closing my mouth again. Has no unpleasant taste to it all. You don't have to rinse it off or do anything else. I like to floss with the gel on my teeth too. Get the bacteria and plaque fighting gel between my teeth and gums too. I am taking a star off only because I wonder if you could use just plain coconut oil and get the same effects for less money. Just wondering.... I do LOVE the bamboo container and the application wand; makes it really easy to get on each tooth, concentrating on the front teeth.

Good product for overall oral health!

This product originally caught my eye because it is coconut oil-based. I have been looking for oral hygiene products that are coconut oil-based, because, while I love the results that come with oil pulling, I do not love the oil pulling itself. So I decided to try this, mostly for the known gum health benefits and antimicrobial properties of coconut oil, but also partly for the whitening benefits.
I have never used a teeth whitening product before, so I was not sure what to expect as far as the time frame for and extent of whitening. However given that this is a more mild product, I felt like the process would be slower and more gradual than with other products available. I decided to give it a two week trial to start with, using it once per day, according to the instructions on the packaging. I feel like I can tell a slight difference in whiteness and brightness, though I am not sure how well the picture reflects that (Top: before, Bottom: after). I am excited to keep using it and may up the usage to twice per day to see quicker results.
I do find it a bit awkward to use. The teeth have to be completely dry before applying, and it must be left on for a minute or so without touching it or getting it wet. It also seems a little bit strange to keep putting the applicator back into the product after putting it in your mouth. Then again, this is my first experience with a teeth whitening product, so that may be the norm.

Natural Teeth Whitener
|
|

My favorite thing about this whitener is that is doesn't make my teeth hurt. I have very sensitive teeth, and have used other whiteners in the past that caused tooth pain for several days. This whitening gel is also very easy to apply with the pen applicator. I do like the flavor. It's not too harsh or too bland; it's a really nice balance. My only complaint is that it doesn't work as quickly as others I have used in the past. I don't notice as big a difference after one or two applications as I noticed with other whiteners I've used in the past. However, I do think it is worth trying and using for a period of time if your teeth are generally sensitive.

Good product.

I really like that this is so easy to apply with the pen applicator. I also like that it doesn't bother my teeth despite their sensitivity. I have used whitening products before that made my teeth extra sensitive and I couldn't handle it. I stopped using them because it was too much for me. I do like also that the flavor isn't very strong of coconut because I generally don't like that flavor, but I thought it would be worth it if it worked, and it does. What I don't like is trying to keep my lips off my teeth for a full hour after applying. That is very difficult for me. I prefer the ones that are about 20 minutes.

Great price for a great product!

I could list for days the whitening products I have been through. Several brands of whitening strips, whitening trays - both over the counter as well as through dentists. I've tried whitening toothpastes and mouth washes. I also recently hopped on the band wagon of activated charcoal. Which the activated charcoal DID whiten my teeth - but wow this coconut oil is a MUCH BETTER alternative! While other products may whiten the same, the coconut oil gel pen does not have any of the unpleasantries that accompany the other whitening products I have tried. For one, the taste is so mild and the small flavor you do get is quite tasty! It does not leave that terrible filmy feeling in my mouth that makes me want to brush my teeth 5 times. It is quick and convenient rather than sitting with the strips in my mouth for 30 minutes at a time. So overall, amazing whitening results with great taste, no film, and quick and easy to do! Will absolutely continue using and purchase again in the future!
