I haven't had to much experience with natural toothpastes. So I can only comment on this one. The toothpaste is OK. Doesn't taste bad. Not a big tube.

My whole family loves this tooth paste. It has a little grit to eat. Leaves teeth feeling clean. Flavor is not over powering. Would recommend.

This is a good toothpaste from a great store (Amazon) for a great price. I am not a dentist so I cannot attest to the degree to which it is actually effective, but to me it seems just as effective as any other like brand toothpaste, btu this tastes much better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
