I bought the 10% kit from the website direct. The mouthplates partially melted and partially didn't soften enough to mold. Useless, regardless. What a waste - too good to be true.

wish I'd listened to some of the reviews before I bought, but I didn't buy on amazon....bought straight from the company. I don't want any other person to go through what I did. Don't buy this product. Mine, like another poster's was 'expired' but within the time limit that the company stated the product would work if refrigerated. yellow teeth and now, am sure, did something to the integrity of my teeth.

The trays are great, but the whittener isn't. We bought this more for the trays, so we will buy a different whitening product from this point forward.

This stuff works great, just be careful with sensitive teeth as this makes them even more so. Great price for a great product.
