Accidentally ordered the large size this time, but I've bought this brand a few times. No powder is great - that tends to dry out my skin, and no worries if I come across anyone with a latex allergy. I use these for handling Xenon light bulbs to prevent any skin oils from touching the glass. I also put these on before cleaning up any dog messes. With three dogs, there are always dog messes. Highly recommended.
