As some others have mentioned your mouth may be too sensitive for this toothpaste. It made my lips rough and chapped and made the inside of my mouth feel rubbery, heavy and dull. I didn't realize it was the toothpaste that was causing it but thought it might be the food I've been eating recently or dehydration until I read the other reviews. I made it about 3/4 of the way through one tube before the irritation got really bad. Switching to another toothpaste immediately.

My dental health used to be decent -- I have never had many cavities but I did have a lot of plaque build up. However, after using this toothpaste, that is no longer an issue. Check ups are going very well now, and it seems that a few cavities that were forming on the surface have stopped. Be warned that there is little to no flavor which might take some getting used to. Ships very quickly.
