This rating does not reflect the company but the product itself. The item was shipped in a timely manner & was as advertised.Now.. I had no idea what to expect when incorporating a twig into my oral hygiene routine, but I really wasn't expecting this to taste and smell so absolutely disgusting.OMG it is foul, somewhat of a cross between unwashed genitalia and mildew covered compost. I'm even a good sport and thought Id give it a second chance.Maybe i was too quick too judge, and the taste was just unfamiliar? Nope, it was just as revolting the second time. So with this in mind I can not recommend this product to anyone. I am so glad that I opted to purchase the 3 pack in lieu of the box of 36.
