My husband is using this and I can already see results. I think with continued use of the Pearl drops smokers toothpaste we can finally get his teeth white again. It comes in a tube, which he likes, and has a very breath freshing minty taste. We have tried many whitening toothpastes and this is the only one that has worked so far.
