Love this tooth powder. I have all three flavors. I love the way my teeth feel after using this and a sonic tooth brush. Yes it is a bit messy but not much.

I bought this to use together with Sensodine to reduce the sugar substitute taste that I cannot stand in toothpaste. After 2 weeks of use I started to get all my gums swollen! It game me gingivitis! I returned to my original toothpaste of Mentadine (Spell??). I wish they still made the old version of that one. Now that I quit eating sugar and all sweets, these toothpastes taste like nauseatingly sweet!
