Have used this often and prefer it over commercial paste toothpaste since it has no fluoride, cleans very well and travels easily. Peppermint is great!

I really wanted this to work since I have developed yellow teeth due to an illness I had. However when I received it, there was a warning to discontinue or decrease use if you had gum problems. Well, I haven't been able to use any product with Sodium Laurel Sulfate in about 20 years. This doesn't have SLS but it does have a foam ingredient that messed with my gums on the 2nd use. Waste of money. Didn't buy here so can't return. If you can't use SLS don't buy this. Apparently for some of us sensitive to SLS, sodium methyl Cocyl Taurate which is in this powder causes the same problems.
