Great toothpaste, it could have a little more cinnamon flavor but that's me. I have no complaints on how it cleans my teeth. I use it because it doesn't contain fluoride and sodium laurel sulfate.

I can abide mint anything except York Peppermint patty and this is a nice change of flavor in toothpaste. Not very strong cinnamon flavor kinds like hint'o cinnamon but good for a change.

Used to be a Rembrant user and when they did away with their canker sore toothpaste I accidentially found this one and it is better than Rembrant!!

I did like it because it was Fluoride free but just recently finding out how bad Carrageenan is I'm very disappointed it is in this product and will not purchase again. My info source for Carrageenan is Dr Russell Blaylock.
