The box that it came in was waaaayyy overkill but that's okay. I got them the next day and was really happy with the service. It was the exact item as described. I would suggest using the generic heads for a soniccare but if you spend that much money on the device itsself, why not get the replacement heads. You're going to be happier in the long run with the results. I use the Diamond Clean heads from Philips Sonicare because my dental hygienist has recommended them for years and also uses them.
The replacement heads are not exactly low cost, but they are affordable in comparison to the high cost of dental care especially as one ages and sometimes requires more dental care as they age as part of the many joys of getting older. Great product! A+
