 Product doesn't last long! Customer service tells you to buy a new one!

BEWARE! Philips gives you a two year warranty and the toothbrush goes bad after the second year. Customer service does nothing to help but tell you to buy a new one and they give you 15% off. They practically tell you sorry buy a new one. The toothbrush wad lightly used and only by me. For the money it cost to buy an electric toothbrush from them, you would expect better quality and longer lasting. Hope my electric razor last longer than a measly two years. Would not suggest!

Why did it take me so long to invest in one of these! I'll never use a manual brush again. Bought everyone in the family one for Xmas. Love the 30-second x 4 timer to ensure two full minutes of brushing. I may be imagining it, but my teeth are even a little whiter!

I love this toothbrush and like that there's 3 settings (so it's better than the cheapest version but not as expensive as the best version - just right). Only issue I have is the MOLD! This is my 3rd one and I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but no matter what I do, it over time, the base of these toothbrushes mold.

Just a great toothbrush. This is the second one -- my first one died of old age. This one is absolutely a fine replacement and has a slow speed in between the normal and high speed modes that's very handy. I couldn't tell before sometimes when the speed changed.

This is my third sonic toothbrush. I like this one, but it could be better if there were a rubberized coating on the neck of the brush head. My first sonic was like that, and I liked it best of the three. Overall, though, I am happy with the product.
