as we see similar ones(unadjustable to working distance) like this item as usd only 50's

As for me, this product is worth just about usd 50 or 60. This working distance is NOT adjustable. I don't understand why this maker says "Working Distance 440-540mm(17.2"-21.2") " This means we can adjust 440 to 540mm. And this maker or seller set this price as USD 139.99, quite expensive, as we see similar ones(unadjustable to working distance) like this item as usd only 50's.
I once considered the returning back...but made up mind to take it to use right away in my work field. We can purchase such 3.5X with working distance 42mm dental loupe for only usd 50 in ebay or amazon.
I am very disappointed by the expression "Working Distance 440-540mm(17.2"-21.2") ".
If you want adjustable one, consider to other maker or store.
