 Terrible Company response to customer requests and complaints

Product is great - and way overpriced! Used to be packs of eight of the red-tip snap on refills - now reduced to packs of 2, for $4.99. Butler GUM has discontinued the product, it is now only available from other suppliers, despite repeated customer requests NOT to discontinue product, and to offer in packs of eight or more. Customers have also repeatedly requested that the product be available in stores, to no effect. The series 622 product is now replaced with a yellow tip 422, which is too thin and bends and breaks consistently. Butler pays no attention to similar customer responses, complaints and requests, acting as if the customer does not matter. What's with you people? What happened to "The customer is always right?"
