Rota-dent refused to honor their lifetime warranty on the battery. I purchased two Rota-Dents from my dentist about 3-4 years ago and Rota-dent promised a lifetime warranty on the battery if I turned in my warranty registration before their specified deadline. Can't remember, might have been within 30 days of purchase. I called and asked them before sending in my warranty registration card if somehow I could get a confirmation. They said that they did not send receipts but assured me that they keep excellent records and that it was not necessary. Guess what....the battery failed and they do not have my warranty registration but told me that if my dentist provided a receipt that they would honor the warranty. My dentist retired and I no longer have access to my file. Bottom line; sorry, unfortunately, we can not replace the battery.

Because I got a lot for my money and it is exactly what I was after. The only downer is that it does not have the warranty. I would have gotten a warranty at the distributor level or at a dentists office (My dentist does not sell them)
Anyway, thank you for being there.

NEW ROTODENT BRUSHES

I like it ok, my old brushes on my Rotodent seemed to be more comfortable, but I have gone too long without a working Rotodent, so OI am def more sensitive to the brushes right now.
