I will tell you why 5 Stars. Big Mama started using dentures (implants cost quite a bitsy tipsy more and she decided to give dentures a try) and one of the responsibilities associated with using dentures is to make sure they are constantly clean and free of germs. And in a nutshell that is exactly what this wonderful product does for the dentures! She takes them out of her lovely mouth at the end of a long day and they go directly into a see through thick glass (I think is an expensive whisky type glass) and then I pour previously boiled water, now cooled down to room temperature, to about halfway on this good looking glass. Then, lo and behold, goes the Polident Overnight Double Action Denture Cleanser Tablets, 78-Count Boxes (Pack of 3) and it starts fizzling almost immediately and I cover the glass and sound the trumpet for everyone to hit the sack! Next day the weird looking dentures are inside this foamy whitish liquid that smells strongly of mint and I take them out, let them dry for a spell and Big Mama comes, hungry as ever for it is a new day, and puts the choppers on with the help of a wonderful paste we finally started using after several dismal failures where her dentures would dance on her mouth all day. So I give these wonderful alka seltzer type tablets a resounding 5 Stars for half the battle is won with flying colors each and every night! Go Go Go Polident Baybies, do your magic!
