I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs and a definite medium in women's sizes. The XS unisex coat is huge on me. The shoulders hang off of my shoulders, the sleeves are giant, and there are inches and inches of extra fabric at the waist. There isn't a smaller size available so I have to return. Disappointed, because I want a white coat that can hold my iPad and I liked that this coat had the iPad pocket on the outside, vs other brands which have the pocket on the inside.
The seller Nau Shoes was great and processed the return quickly. As a seller Nau is fantastic, it is just the product that I really dislike.
