I gave five stars because the problem was with the manufacturer of the coat (or maybe the fact the wearer of the coat isn't standard sized) - not the seller. The seller was excellent.

It arrived in 2 days, new, in package. Beautiful jacket, feels well constructed. It is a heavy material, so, I'll be wearing that when it is a bit cooler here in Florida. CR
