Best there is, March 11, 2017

Gen Flex are by far my fav when it comes to scrubs. I consider myself a hard to shop for guy as I'm barrel cheated and big legged. But where I normally have to by a different size top/bottom for my scrubs with other brands, this is not the case with Gen a Flex. My fifth set. They are costly, but they are very durable, comfortable, and fit me great.

Order 2 sizes down!, March 08, 2017

Best men's scrub top I've ever found. I am a 5'8" 160lb male who works in a very active ICU. I prefer a more form-fitting top, not one that fits like a garbage bag (carhart, etc). I wear a medium in any long sleeve, dress shirt, polo. However I had to exchange and get an XS in this top! An extra small and still have a little wiggle room, hoping it shrinks with a few washes. Order 2 sizes down! This is a must have for men. Don't waste money anywhere else. Free returns, at least try it.

A size too large., August 29, 2016

As other reviewers have noted, the pants and shirt run large. I'm right on the dot for a medium for bottoms and tops, and both were definitely too big, which isn't consistent with Dickies' other scrubs. The EDS antimicrobial sets are sized right on the money. Since the first set of the GenFlex I bought were too big (ordered the medium from Uniform Advantage), I went ahead and ordered a size down this time. The scrubs are really comfortable and allow for plenty of range of motion, I just wish the sizing was more consistent with their other scrubs. I love the side pockets, though I'm not sure what the point is for the arm pocket. I'm not sure you could put anything in it and not have it fall out. If I didn't work with brain injury patients, I'd probably use the pen slots in the arm. Not sure I want to get shanked by my own pens by a delirious patient, though. I'd rate the shirt more like a 4.5 and the pants right at a 4.

Very surprised, and pleased, July 26, 2016

I am very picky over my scrub tops. When you have to wear them for 13-14 hours a day, you want them to fit in all the right places. I hate unisex scrubs as they are just not made for men to wear. I found these after my previous brand has been discontinued. I found the size to be slightly bigger previous brands I have worn. I had to get used to the pockets, but the more I wear them, the more I like them. The pockets are almost like hoodie pockets, they do NOT join together (thankfully), however they have a good bit of depth to them that I really like. The stretch is not as much as the Jockey Stretch scrubs if anyone has tried them, however it's just enough to know it's there. They do not feel like the normal stretch scrubs, they look and feel like traditional poplin material (maybe a little softer), so as to maintain a good look for men.

Sweet! Almost perfect., July 23, 2016

I like the way these scrubs look. There isn't an issue with attracting lint like I've read. Maybe if they don't wash it properly, I don't know. I just use cold water gentle for these though. The flex in the fabric s great. I mean seriously, wonderfully, great. The size is a little big, but I suppose a little big is way better than a little small. I wear size large to extra-large t-shirts b/c I lift weights and have fairly large biceps that don't always fit well. However, the large size of this was roomy, but not a tent. On the down side... between the top and the bottom there are many various small pockets that don't seem to be quite large enough or designed properly to be functional. Example: the left shoulder has 3 or 4 little fabric rings that seem perfect for keeping your pens and even penlights in. However, because they lack a bottom support or pocket of some sort, bending down and reaching can cause the pens and penlights to fall right out. Seems like an easy design fix too. Another example: Top of pants has several small pockets that I would like to use one of them for my cutting shears, but none of them are quite big enough. Trying to put scissors or other small items in the large cargo pockets causes the items to bump against my knees when I walk. Maybe they should provide some sort of guide as to what the heck they expect people to use each of the little pockets for, because most of them seem like a waste. Seriously, this would be fantastic. Plus, please add another bungee loop near the chest pocket for us to attach our identity badges to.
Nursing students! I hated the student approved nursing scrubs and searched around in my local area to find several local businesses that had been approved to sew on my schools official nursing emblem. They had the pattern already and only charged me $7 to sew it on whatever product I brought them, which was great since I was able to use these instead.
