I love these scrubs. The sizes are hard to decifer sometimes. I am a BBW, 5'6" & 300lb. I ordered a 4x and it was a bit snug, not terribly so, I just like a bit of room to move around. I usually wear a 30-32 in blouses, tops, etc. I had to return this but plan on ordering over and over until I get my correct size. They are made well, love the pockets, LOVE DICKIES brand, just do your research and get the right size! You won't be disappointed. They are NOT like traditional scrubs. More like thick, stretchy yoga work clothes. I won't buy anything else. I will update this review when I find my true size in case there is anyone else out there with my body type and wondering which to order.

I love this scrub top! I wear it every week since purchase and it keeps on performing fantastic! I put "fit as expected" because I believe upon originally purchasing it I might have purchased one size smaller than what I needed at the time, so at first the fit was very snug and form fitting. Since then, it still is form fitting, yet not as snug and I have always been able to move freely within the top. I have lost a lot of weight since my purchase, and it still wears comfortably, along with flattering the figure well. I wear, wash, dry, take care of clients and even clean their homes (as to where I use a bleach type cleanser that splashes onto the fabric at times; once I notice the cleanser splashes, I take a damp paper towel and wash away any cleanser splashes), then repeat and the top keeps on wearing great. Thus far there have been no staining, discoloring, fading or stretching to the fabric. There are two nice sized pockets located toward the bottom of the top (one on left other on right near thigh area), mock v-neck design. I get numerous complements on the top and I have been pleased with my purchase.

Xtreme stretch has been my favorite going on 5 yrs. I had to size up sadly and ordered with Prime shipping for free fast delivery! Already washed; the first time I have to iron out the wrinkles then just wash then dry for 5 mins and hang up -that's it no more ironing! You won't regret ordering this style and fabric.

I look amazing!!! I am a bigger girl and normally find myself looking like a potato in scrubs. However, I look bangin in these tops. They cut in at just the right curves, and the fabric is light weight and breathable without clinging to all my biscuits and rolls.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the sizing is way off. I ordered a medium based upon the size chart and it's almost a tent on me. I could probably fit an x-small. Other than that, I really like it. The fabric is soft & comfortable & the top looks nice & professional. I plan to order another, just in a smaller size.

I ordered a large based on another reviewer stating it fit fine and she was a similar size to me (16) in tops. I like the fabric, the cut is very flattering, however it is soooo tight you can see the pattern of the change in my pocket. Like arms pinned to my sides tight! Even the XL would be to small, I would need an XXL for movement and to not have every roll and crease on display! Unfortunately this seller doesn't have it available in that size.
